Terms of Service
Effective: March 13, 2026
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using RVRY (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
2. The Service
RVRY is a reasoning process layer for large language models. It operates as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that works alongside your existing AI tools. RVRY does not retrain, fine-tune, or modify the weights of any language model.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” during the beta period. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or response time. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice during the beta period.
Output quality depends on the underlying language model, the question asked, and the specific session. RVRY does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose within the limits of your subscription tier. You are responsible for the questions you submit and the decisions you make based on the output.
RVRY is a reasoning aid, not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely on RVRY output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification.
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity;
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls;
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal MCP client usage;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission;
- Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse, excessive load, or conduct that degrades the experience for other users. Rate limits are applied per tier and may be adjusted at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Technology
The RVRY constraint engine, including its detection heuristics, composition rules, intervention protocols, gate evaluation logic, escape taxonomy, variant selection mechanisms, prompt assembly architecture, and all associated prompt text, is proprietary and constitutes trade secret and copyrighted material owned by RVRY.
You may not, and may not attempt to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, prompt text, detection logic, or composition rules of the Service;
- Reconstruct, replicate, or create derivative works based on the constraint chain protocol, escape detection mechanisms, or intervention selection logic;
- Capture, log, extract, or systematically collect the tool responses, prompt injections, constraint tables, gate verdicts, or intervention text that the Service provides to language models during operation;
- Use the output of the Service to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any competing reasoning, constraint, or depth-enforcement system;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or attribution in the Service.
The constraint engine’s prompt text and protocol specifications are registered copyrighted works. Unauthorized reproduction or use of this material is subject to civil and criminal penalties under applicable copyright law.
5. Your Data
Questions you submit and output you receive are yours. Session content — including your questions, the analysis produced, and harvest results — is stored on our servers and accessible to you through the dashboard for as long as your account is active.
Session metadata (timestamps, round counts, operation types) is retained for billing, service improvement, and debugging. We do not use your session content to train models or improve the constraint engine. Your questions and outputs are not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your session data at any time by contacting [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and your rights.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
Free tier: 5 runs per month at no cost. Pro ($20/mo) and Max ($100/mo) tiers are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
Runs are counted per deepthink session initiated. Unused runs do not roll over. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice to the email associated with your account.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- GitHub (via Supabase Auth) — authentication. We receive your email address and display name from your GitHub profile. Your GitHub credentials are never stored by RVRY.
- Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure. Subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVRY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
RVRY’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely at your election. You agree to arbitrate on an individual basis — class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of Section 4 (Intellectual Property) without first submitting to arbitration.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any litigation not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. RVRY may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice for violation of these terms, particularly Section 4 (Intellectual Property) and Section 3 (Acceptable Use). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Upon request, we will delete your account data within 30 days of termination, subject to any legal retention obligations.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
